The North Carolina Global TransPark (GTP) is a 2,500 acre, multi-modal industrial/airport site in Eastern North Carolina. Established in 1991 under the direction of Governor Jim Martin as a means of transitioning the regional economy from dependence on tobacco and textiles, the GTP is a turnkey business location for companies of all sizes and is now a key component of the growth of aerospace, advanced manufacturing and logistics sectors in Eastern North Carolina. The park offers access to multimodal transportation options: air, rail, highways and North Carolina's two international ports.

The Global TransPark is equipped with road, rail and airport infrastructure designed to transport goods to locations around the globe.
