Posted Jul 29, 2014

KINSTON, NC – The North Carolina Global TransPark (GTP) announced today that it has entered an agreement with LGM Enterprises to continue Kinston Jet Center’s fixed-base operator (FBO) services at the Kinston Regional Jetport (ISO) beginning on August 1.

In addition to FBO services, LGM Enterprises will offer private jet charters, aircraft management and maintenance services. Owner Jim Segrave says the company plans to base aircraft at ISO valued at $5 million initially, with plans to base additional aircraft in Kinston in subsequent years.

“Over the next six months we will be transitioning nearly all of our charter operations to Kinston,” said Segrave. “We have had a great relationship with the Global TransPark over the years and look forward to rapidly growing another aircraft charter company here.”

“We are pleased to have LGM Enterprises coming aboard to continue providing a high level of customer service to airport users while expanding the capabilities and services available at the Kinston Regional Jetport,” said Rudy Lupton, GTP Executive Director. “The expansion of services will provide additional private sector employment opportunities in Eastern North Carolina and have a positive impact on the local economy.”

LGM Enterprises is looking for qualified candidates to fill positions such as accounting, charter sales representatives, fuel purchasing, pilots with ratings for Cessna Citation, aircraft and aircraft mechanics with experience on the Cessna Citation and a valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license. Interested candidates can apply in person at the company’s office at 2730 Rouse Road Extension in Kinston.
