Posted January 05, 2012

Construction on a new, 108,000 square-feet shell building at the N.C. Global TransPark (GTP) is nearing completion and will be ready for occupancy soon. The building is designed for light manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.

The building will be the first of three planned facilities located on a 35-acre site just off of C.F. Harvey Parkway on Rouse Road, adjacent to a new 5.8 mile rail spur. The building will be sub-dividable and feature a 32-foot clear height and tilt-up construction. Leasing inquiries can be directed to Jim Fain.
